Senior Management Accountant, Central London - Media & Entertainment, up to £55,000
A fast paced and dynamic media and entertainment company is looking for a new Senior Management Accountant. We are looking for qualified candidates with some experience in management accounting, preferably from a practice background. All candidates should be proactive, engaging and forward thinking, and looking to take on a new challenge and lead a small team.

We are looking for qualified candidates with some experience in management accounting, preferably from a practice background. All candidates should be proactive, engaging and forward thinking, and looking to take on a new challenge and lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full production of management accounts
- Timely production of Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis to aid business performance
- Liaise with external stakeholders (auditors/banks) to ensure timely filings of tax computations, statutory accounts, indirect taxes (included foreign subsidiaries)
- Assist in the statutory audit process from the beginning to the end
- Improving systems and procedures across all aspects of finance and training junior/new finance staff
- Ensuring strict financial processes are adhered to
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in statutory audit process, including preparation and review of statutory accounts
- Experience in media or other creative industry
- A good understanding and experience with deferred and accrued cost accounting
- Team player with strong interpersonal and team bonding skills to contribute to company values and team culture
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
