Commercial Finance Analyst- Startup Technology Business
Salary: £45-55,000 base (dependent on experience) plus bonus, equity & benefits
Location: Central London / Fully Flexible / Remote
A rapidly growing startup technology business is looking for a recently qualified accountant for a Commercial Finance Analyst role. This would be the perfect next step for someone who has recently qualified and is looking for a bit of a step up and a new challenge. The Commercial Finance Analyst will support the CFO and provide financial planning and business partnering support to Directors and a range of non-finance departments.
**The company has an office in London but offers fully flexible working so the individual can work 100% remotely if they want or split their time between home and office. There are also other flexible working locations for someone based outside of London.**
The successful candidate is likely to have worked in a dynamic, fast paced international organisation and will have existing experience of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and business partnering.

This role would be equally applicable to an individual who has already worked in a startup environment someone from a larger organisation with a passion to join a smaller, growing organisation. This individual will need to be a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA) or be at finalist level and soon to qualify with 3-5 years of total experience.

- Leading the group budgeting process
- Monthly revenue forecasting
- Preparation of KPI analysis & supporting commentary on key variances
- Manipulating & analysing data to identify underlying trends
- Consistently striving to improve processes and the quality of financial data
- Investment analysis / business cases
