An exciting temporary role for an experienced Finance Transactions Manager.
Client Details
This organisations based in London provides affordable housing across the UK.
Description
The Finance Transactions Manager will manage and develop a team of four. Other responsibilities will include;
- Overseeing all aspects of the Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
- Assist with the preparation of Statutory Accounts.
- Ensure all transactions are posted correctly and to meet Organisation targets.
- Ensure suppliers are paid on time as to not incur any further costs to the Organisation
- Take ownership of the monthly close down and contribute to the Management Accounts pack.
Profile
The successful Finance Transactions Manager will have experience in a similar role managing a small team. Exposure to the Housing Sector is desirable but not essential.
Job Offer
An hourly rate of between £25 and £30 per hour plus a potential long term opportunity.
