Page Personnel are working with a growing Technology company based in Trafford Park, recruiting a Finance Assistant to join their Accounts Receivable team.

A well established business, with further exciting growth plans, are recruiting a Finance Assistant to join their Accounts Receivable Team.

Description

As a Finance Assistant - Accounts Receivable - you will report into the AR Manager, responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely issuing of invoices, and production of accompanying reports.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: ensuring invoicing is accurate and processed in line with SLAs; managing collections across a number of entities in multiple currencies; responding to and resolving queries; manage cash collections; process bank receipts; updating cash flow.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

- Have a relevant Accounting Qualification - AAT, Degree - Essential

- Have knowledge of working in an invoicing/AR/Billing role - Essential

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential

- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
