A leading European dairy brand which produces health organic milk is now hiring a Finance Controller, who will be handling standard financial tasks as well as operational tasks in a timely fashion as to deliver un-der tight deadlines without comprising quality.

Description

* Contributes strongly to the development and production of BG/BU/Category reporting, by collecting and providing the data material and reports to management.
* Provides ad hoc financial analyses to management.
* Ensures quality in reporting and that all policies are met and that documentation is adequate.
* Ensures financial tracking of initiatives and investments by applying ROIC, NPV, IRR models.
* Has a solid knowledge and understanding of the underlying metrics driving the business performance. Holds dual focus on making/presenting the numbers as well as interpretation and understanding of the numbers.
* Provides recommendations to the management team through standard financial analysis models, such as sensitivity analyses, what-if analyses and basic calculations of risk.
* Responsible for the collection of relevant forecasting data and providing input to the forecasting process as well as maintaining forecasting models to improve the overall forecasting accuracy.
* Maintains updated knowledge of accounting standards and practices.
* Translates corporate policies and accounting standards into local practice.
* Acts as project manager on standard to complex projects and cross-organisational assignments.

Profile

* Education at bachelor degree and above from top universities.
* Experience of working in MNC environment.
* Project management experience.
* At least 10 years of experience within a controlling function, financial planning and analysis is required with at least 3-5 years supporting E-com and 3-5 years supporting Retail/offline business finance.
* Can use English as working language.
* Familiar with SAP.
