We have partnered with our client to source for a professional and friendly Receptionist located on the Southside of Winnipeg for an immediate term Receptionist role. This is a dynamic opportunity that includes some administration and accounting as well.
Responsibilities:
Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; salary is $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. Must have at least one to two years of Reception and Administration experience. Accounting experience is an asset.
This role could be 4- 8 hours per day for a term role up to a couple of months.

- Reception, answering calls, greeting customers (8 incoming lines)
- Data entry, and taking deposits to the bank
- Updating calendars, and corresponding via Outlook
- Entering and generating invoices, some AP, AR
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel an advantage, as well as Outlook
- Looking for someone that is consistent and accurate
