Treasury Management Director

Responsibilities
Execute corporate funding projects such as syndicated and bilateral bank loans, debt issuance, and capital market operations, etc.
Work closely with executives and provide support to financing transactions, such as Handling financial enquires and compiling accounting ratios for lenders, credit investors, and rating agencies
Preparing corporate presentation materials
Reviewing loans and bonds documentation
Cooperate with investment teams to ensure satisfaction of conditions precedent and funds certainty for M&A projects, with opportunities to get involved in project finance
Use Bloomberg and other news sources to turn market data into management analysis
Participate in various ad hoc assignments when necessary

Requirements
University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
8 years relevant working experience in banking (corporate or credit desks), auditing, or corporate treasury
Professional qualification of HKICPA or equivalent is an advantage
Sensitive to numbers, strong analytical skills, and attentive to details
Willing to learn and to take challenge, able to work under pressure
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
