As executive member of the company, the CFO will lead the IPO process, heavily involved in business strategy and product portfolio planning as well as business development opportunities including license-in and license-out.
Client Details
Our client is a biomedical start up business founded by top scientists, aiming for IPO in HongKong. The company has a team of over 150 people based in north China. Backed up by national first-class institutes and clinical research centres, their product portfolio is very competitive in oncology related area.
Description
Externally, the CFO will head the company's capital market operations, including but not limit to intial public offering in Hongkong market, pre-IPO funding, manage investor relations by presenting the business performance.
Internally, he or she will manage their finance team, have solid internal control process in place, ensure timely reporting to mangement team.
As a member of executive team, he or she will also involve in business strategy planning and execution.
Profile
The successful applicant ideally comes with investment banking background in healthcare sector. Alternatively, corporate CFOs working in biomedical or pharmaceutical industries with successful HongKong or A share IPO experience are also considered.
Overseas or multinational working experience is a highly preferred.
This person needs to possess strong business acumen, problem solving and analytical skills.
Communication in both English and Mandrin is needed both internally and externally.
