- Responsible for full spectrum of financial accounting and management reporting functions i.e. daily operations, monthly accounts, yearly budget, ad-hoc reporting etc.
- Prepare monthly cash flow commitment, quarterly variance analysis, review of project budget and comply with various statutory reporting requirements.
- Involved in critical analysis of new accounting standards.
- Liaise with external auditors, bankers, customs and tax authorities.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior.
Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or any Accounting Professional qualification (CIMA/ MACPA/ ACCA/ CPA).
- Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in accounting field preferably with property development industry.
- Familiar with accounting systems (IPAS, MHW, IFCA) is an added advantage.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Literacy in Mandarin language an added advantage as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Possess high level of integrity, meticulous and good analytical skills.
- Must be self-motivated, independent and a good team player.
