As a Data & Process consultant, you will have plenty of opportunities to work on large tax data projects and be involved in parts of complex business and finance transformations. The Tax process focus element of your role will allow you to combine expertise in tax technical and process improvement with technology and systems capability building a deep understanding of how data flows and is used to generate tax outputs.  You will be supporting clients that undergoing ERP transformation projects to take a fresh look at their local and group tax reporting process.

What work will you be doing? 
The Data & Process Team is looking for a consultant to strengthen their team in a wide range of analytics projects related to strategy, operations, and financial performance within the Tax landscape.

You will gain exposure to multiple industries with a chance to choose a focus and help to shape Deloitte market offerings. 

Under the direction of a Manager or Lead, you will be

documenting process flows

designing current state

designing to be process flows

designing & analyzing data sets to be used for modeling, clustering, segmentation, and data mining

delivering analytical insights

using a variety of technologies for process analysis and design and data analytics

support the implementation of solution

Your Profile

Who are you?

You have a professional bachelor or university degree

You are a team player with strong communication skills with the ability to tailor your presentation style to different levels of the organization

You have an intellectual curiosity in combination with outstanding analytical skills

You have a passion for data and want to excel in it

You are structured and process minded

You have an interest in technology and are eager to learn more on this

You have a true willingness and ability to work as part of an integrated, enthusiastic and multidisciplinary team

You’re open to work in an international environment and to work abroad if needed

You’re fluent in English. Dutch and/or French is a plus
