Finance Manager - Professional Services

My client is hiring for Country Finance Manager to handle all aspect of finance, accounting and tax. The Finance Manager will lead team finance in Jakarta office and report directly to regional team.

Description

• Manage the finance and accounting function including all aspects of reporting, financial management and control.

• Lead planning and forecasting activities to achieve business and company goals. Highlight and understand major assumptions and their effects on the budget/forecast.

• Liaise with Regional office and external advisors on taxation matters

• Managing cash flow and maintain Account Payable and Account Receivable.

• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making

Profile

• Accountant or Finance at professional services business with 7-10years of experiences, CA and CPA is preferred
• Strong Knowledge of international accounting, accruals based accounting and an awareness of multi-currency accounting

• Having experience in handled taxation aspect

• Strong communication in English and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and work collaboratively with all level organization

• Advance excel skills, strong analytic and attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
