You will be the key finance business partner with the plant director to drive strategic & tactical decisions in supporting business growth.

Description
- Advise the businesses for sound financial and operational decision-making
- Plan, monitor the cost management activities and conduct detailed cost analysis including CAPEX, OPEX, material cost and people costs for the manufacturing site
- Analyze and report financial and operational performance
- Responsible for financial controlling, reporting, planning and analysis of COGS and production support CAPEX
- Responsible for targets and analysis of productivity KPIs and Cost KPIs
- Responsible for management reporting
- Support on controlling operational BOM, costing impact, strategic business decisions and investments
- Support with input for standard cost concept and update
Profile
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related fields
- 10+ years of working experience, 5+ years of experience in costing, cost control or plant control areas
- Self-driven, people management skills, strong stakeholders management, ability to lead and manage
- Good communication in both Thai and English
