With more than 30 offices around world, they provide high quality service to their clients and hold. You will work closely with a group of creative, diverse and energetic colleagues.

Description

Reporting to China Finance Manager, and working closely with finance team, you will be wholly responsible for:
- Responsible for daily accounting duties including Accounts Payable and General Ledger
- Ensure timely processing and proper validation of all vendor invoices
- Support month-end/year-end closing, process journal entries and perform monthly reconciliation of accounts
- Coordinate and liaise with different departments on payment and accrual process and address related queries
- Handle bank reconciliation and internal cost allocation

Profile

- A minimum of 1 years AP experiences

- Excellent communication skill to communicate with different stakeholders, fluent in English and Chinese.

- Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred
