- To record Daily official advances and forward it for payment.
- To settle all these Advances against receipts and Reimburse if Expenses are greater than official advance.
- To Recover Settlement documents or PR.
- To prepare monthly Schedules of Official advance for Recovery and Trail Balance.
- To record daily Travel Expenses and Update
- To Prepare and process Petty cash Expense of all branches.
- To process Marketing payments according to Federal and provincial Taxes
- To Provide Daily Payments sheet
- To provide Fund wise details for Banking operations
- To assist Auditor if he requires any type of data related to Expense.
- To Settle other type of advances through Recurring
- To provide Clearance of Exit employees to HR department against advances.
- ACCA Affiliate with atleast 1 year of relevant experience
- Working experience on ERP Oracle EBS R-12 will be preferred.
