Job Description
Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent Minimum
5 Year(s) of relevant working experience.
- Key Accountablities
- Responsible for management of all aspects of financial/corporate accounting functions inclusive of financial planning, financial/management reporting, budgetary controls, tax planning/management, forecasting & etc.
- To monitor and coordinate performance to ensure the strategic, operational and financial performance of the subsidiaries and associates are within the pre-determined targets and business plan.
- To establish operational budgets and manage/oversee cash flow projections of the Company to achieve efficiency in cash management system.
- Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting / requirements.
- Liaise with bankers, external and internal auditors, board of directors, government regulatory bodies, company's secretary and tax agents.
- To prepare consolidated financial statements for the group on a quarterly basis to ensure Bursa Announcements released on time for quarterly report/annual report and those required under the Bursa ACE Market Listing Requirements.
- To assist on corporate exercises undertaken by the company.
- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
- To undertake all other tasks as assigned by Management.
- Candidate must possess a professional qualification
Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent Minimum
5 Year(s) of relevant working experience.
- Member of Malaysia Institute Accountants (MIA).
- Preferably management level specialized in Finance - Corporate or equivalent.
