RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage regulatory compliance for the entire financial & accounting related matters of the group ranging from management reporting, statutory reporting (Audit & tax), cash flow reporting effectively & efficiently in timely manner
- Assisting inventory and warehouse operations management; to prepare analysis and review of the inventory and operations performance
- Strategize financial planning & projection of the business unit, profit center and cost center according to business plans & approved budget.
- Prepare financial budget for Business Plan purposes; to assist in feasibility studies on business expansion, growth, merger and acquisitions etc.
- Responsible for the preparation, analysis and review of the performance of the group in terms of sales, profitability and financial stability
- Effective cash flow management, utilization & treasury control for effective working capital management.
- Provide business support & liaise with internal & external auditors, Group Credit Control, Group Tax Dept, Group Legal Dept, Group Secretary, Group Treasury etc in the formulation and achievement for group financial objective
- Supports financial advices for all system implementations in the group.
- To review existing all financial processes and operation workflows and ensure continuous improvement in line with best practices in industries.
- Committed to tight deadline and able to complete assigned task to ensure group are meeting budget P&L and business plans
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as required by management and group
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or similar qualification
- Candidate with professional Accountancy qualification, in ACCA or CIMA or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Computer literate & Knowledge in JD Edwards Software will be added advantage.
- At least 5 years working experience with managerial roles, those with knowledge in Trading will be added advantage
- Willing to travel & able to work at Subang Jaya.
