This is a great opportunity for a Senior Accountant / Accounts Semi Senior who is looking to work within a fast moving and modern accountancy practice.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in a broad variety of work. A mix of financial accounts production, management reporting, tax affairs and ad hoc projects. Plus you'll be working for a firm with a reputation for providing their staff with great career and personal development opportunities.
Duties:
* Accounts preparation for Sole Traders, Partnerships, LLP and Limited Companies
* Reviewing the accounts work of more junior staff
* Preparing of personal and corporate tax returns
* Assisting and mentoring more Junior staff
* Preparation of management accounts
* Dealing with client's day to day queries
Skills needed:
* Practice experience
* Knowledge of online book keeping packages such as Xero, QB's, Sage, etc
* Knowledge of Sage Accounts production would be advantageous but training can be given
* Confident and a good positive attitude
* Conscientious and can demonstrate initiative and management skills
* Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task
* Good communication skills and ability to adapt to various levels of understanding
