Finance Manager\u002FSenior Executive (preferable credit\u002Flending industry)

Oversee financial operations, financial and management accounting, auditing and taxation.
Ensure proper SOPs for account reconciliation and processes is in place.
Ensure all GL accounts are reconciled daily and any ambiguity or variances are identified and reconciled timely and escalated to senior management accordingly.
Managing month-end closing and monthly financial review to ensure accuracy, timely and in compliance with regulatory accounting policy and standard.
Ensure and manage overall expenses and cashflow and raised to senior management of any red flag or performance beyond yearly allocated budget.
Ensure Financial and Management Reporting meet the reporting dateline.
Prepare and perform analysis and comparison against forecast and budget.
Prepare business financial projection and profitability for new products.
Ensure proper GL accounts schema for new products to be launched.
Manage and involve in yearly financial audits and taxation preparation.
To improve current financial processes and management reporting.
Liaising with authorities, bankers, auditors, tax agent, customers, suppliers, internal and other external parties.

RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting/ Finance and/or professional qualification in ACCA/ ICAEW/ CPA/ CIMA, or equivalent.
Working experience with full set accounts in credit, leasing or lending companies will be an advantage.
Familiar with AutoCount Accounting software.
Good leadership and management skills and able to manage, lead, coach and develop team members.
Good communication, planning and execution skill.
Proactive self-starter and can work independently with minimal supervision.
