CFO (Manufacturing)

Description

• Key business partner with all stakeholders of the organization
• Looking into financial planning and decision making to ensure maximization of value for the company
• Overseeing all accounting and reporting processes
• Ensure there is enough of financial controls and compliance to the process, taxation and accounting standards
• Responsible for leading, directing the budgets and to monitor performance against plans
• Evaluate the business challenges, expenses, and always striving for the maximum profitability that can be obtained with the given market opportunities
• Support and initiate business improvement processes to strengthen the accounting and finance team
• Ensure good governance of statutory requirement compliance, tax and treasury matters
• Coach and guide the team to ensure teamwork and collaboration is attained for business efficiency
• Any other ad hoc task requirement and projects from time to time

Profile

• Minimum 10 years experience and 5 years in leadership role doing the full finance spectrum
• MUST have commercial experience and preferably with manufacturing experience
• Professionally qualified preferably (CPA, ICAEW, ACCA etc)
• Strategic thinker, firm with business decision, ability to lead strategy implementation
• Teamwork and collaborative culture
• Adaptable and embrace change as process improvement for better efficiency
