Robert Walters are delighted to be partnering with our Liverpool Client who are based in the heart of the city. We are looking for and experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in Payroll and some aspects of Management Accounting to help assist our client in the Industrial, Logistics sector. you will report directly to the Finance manager and assist with the P&L reports, Analysis and other ad-hock tasks.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, vibrant and adaptable to new surroundings and be able to work to your own initiative. The company have a really relaxing and open working environment and have an autonomous approach to the staff. Ideally you will have come from a manufacturing, Industrial background and had experience with Sage and sage Payroll. Our client believe in talent regardless of education and are happy to consider candidates who are qualified by experience.
Duties:
Assisting the Finance Manager
Weekly and monthly payroll
Assisting with P&L reports
Dealing with the companies balance sheet
Handling client invoices
Processing Payments
Daily Banking
Must Have:
SAGE PAYROLL and SAGE systems Knowledge
Proven background and understanding of all payroll functions from start to finish
Able to demonstrate P&L reports
Willingness to work under pressure
Can do attitude
