Job Description
Myer Gold will provide you with the relevant training to assist you in your role as Finance Executive. You will be required to work closely with our external accountant and admin staff on all matters relating to finance, including but not limited to the following items listed below.
The applicant will acquire a good working knowledge on full set accounts, regulatory filings required of an SME, delivering internal reports for management review and exposure to financial audits.
Responsibilities
Office Finance
1. Full set Management Accounts
2. Quarterly Shareholder Distribution Proposals
3. Monitoring and managing working capital requirements of the firm
4. Quarterly Client Fee Billing
5. Monitoring fee collections
6. Assist in Financial Audit
7. Liaise with Corporate Secretary on documentations (AGM/EGM/Board Resolutions)
8. Liaising with external vendors on Government Grants and Awards
Regulatory Filings
1. GST Filing
2. Tax Filing
Internal Management Reports
1. Monthly Cash Flow Report
2. Quarterly Fee Report
3. Annual Budget Proposal and review Budget against actual expenses incurred
4. Revenue-sharing Report
5. Oversee Client management accounts and prepare quarterly report for client
6. Other adhoc reports as required
