As Management Accountant you will take ownership of the management accounting function and deliver financial results to influence key business decisions and to drive performance across the company.

Description

Key Responsibilities include:

- Full responsibility for the Management Accounts

- Balance Sheet reporting and reconciliations

- Assisting with annual audit and being the point of contact for the auditors

- Providing financial advice, guidance and reports to the wider business to support key business decisions

- Always seeking process improvements and driving efficiencies

- Ad-hoc projects

Profile

The ideal candidate:

- Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)

- Experience within a SME environment

- Strong IT skills - advanced Excel

- Excellent commercial acumen

- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships

- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability

- Hands-on, motivated and a willingness to learn

- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (desirable)
