  1. Validate Transfilling and Bleach Packaging Sheets Daily. Ensuring it’s entered within one day.
  2. Reconcile bulk and packaged bleach theoretical stock values to physical balances. 
  3. Conduct stock counts, investigate and post variances.
  4. Daily SL to GL Balancing.
  5. Tracking, investigating and entering damages (as necessary) and enter lab report (monthly).
  6. Prepare Provision Report at month end.
  7. Prepare Movement Report Analysis monthly.
  8. Perform any other duties as required by the job function.
  9. Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate health, safety, security and environmental policies/ procedures.

 

  1. Minimum of 5 CXC/ GCE O’Levels, which must include English Language, Mathematics and Principles of Accounts.
  2. ACCA level 1 or CAT Qualification
