Accounts Assistant role focusing on Council TAX, Reconciliations, Debt management, Rent Reconciliations and Debt management. This role will be suited to an individual with a history of learning and adapting to roles with multiple systems experience. Public sector, Housing or local government experience would be would be a bonus.

  • Excel intermediate

  • Debt Management;
  • Revenue Reconciliation (Council Tax, Business Rates and Housing Benefit overpayments);
  • Rent Reconciliation; and
  • Legal Services.

Profile

The successful Accounts Assistant candidate will be

  • Driven
  • Eager to succeed
  • Have at least 2 years within a similar position of Accounts Assistant
  • A great team player
  • Have Proven track record with multiple systems
  • Have a good understand of Accountancy and finance
  • AAT accounting qualification or will be studying to acquire one.
