Finance Manager (Investment & Securities | FRR, stable)

The Role

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for all month-end closing activities at the group level
Handled full set of financial reports including consolidated financial statements, regulatory and management reports
Reviewed and submitted SFC regulatory reporting inculding FRR returns
Prepared annual budget forecasts and cash flows to support strategic goals
Assessed the Key Performance Index of all business units and provided monthly reports and supported the regular review
Prepared audit schedules and annual report to external auditors

REQUIREMENT

Degree holder in Accounting/Finance/ Business with ACCA/HKICPA or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years solid experience of HKMA banking returns and relevant reports
Detailed mind and strong business sense and collaboration attributes
Proactive, flexible and energetic and act as a good team player with committed mindset
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving skill and strong collaboration across the teams
Good written English & Chinese and also good at Mandarin
