Description
Key responsibilities in the Financial Controller
- Manage the daily running of the finance function which currently comprises of a Management Accountant and a Finance Analyst
- Oversee the monthly preparation of management accounts and associated supporting schedules including the validation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Creation of monthly finance reporting pack for presentation to CFO (and CEO)
- Preparing P&L forecasts, income projections and cashflows on a monthly basis
- Preparing detailed annual budgets for monthly performance monitoring
- Preparing year end audit files with balance sheet reconciliations and P&L analysis
- Ongoing design and implementation of internal control systems
- Providing ongoing training and support to Management Account and Finance Analyst
- Build operational relationships with external advisors including Auditors and Accountants

Qualified accountant with relevant experience
Job Offer
Salary of £55,000 - £70,000 plus benefits
