Unique opportunity for a finance manager to join an established and growing MNC in the service industry, as a real finance business partner.

Our client is European service company located in Eastern Seaboard, Industrial Estate (Rayong).

Description

You will be the trusted advisor to businesses for sound financial and operational decision-making. Your key focus will be to strategically and closely coordinate and manage the Finance efforts towards a "Work Smart" approach, streamlining and standardizing the tools, overseeing key projects and new projects to enable more effectiveness and efficiency.

As finance controller, you will lead a team of 4, report to the regional CFO and dotted line to the MD.

Profile

• Bachelor's in accounting and/or Master in finance

• CPD certified

• Min 7 years of proven working experience in Accounting and Finance,

• Ability to analyse data to support business 's decision ( Pivot tables skills is a MUST)

• People Manager, who is able to motivate his team as well as to work in a cross-functional way with the different operations and departments.
• Hands-on person, who is willing to get to the bottom of the problems to resolve them

• Open minded with cross cultural experience

• Fluent in English
