Finance Controller - Industrial Manufacturing

This position will placed part in Company to review financial statements, planning and budgeting. You will also report directly to BOD.

They are looking to bring on board a dynamic Finance Controller who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and contribute to the business.

Description

This will be an exciting opportunity for an individual to be part of a market leader in what they do. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Improving current budgeting and forecasting process, analyzing inefficiency and potential business risks
• Ensure the timely and accurate report deliverance
• Assist the operations to monitor Inventory and asset movement
• Working closely with the operations manager and acting as finance advisor to bridge the gap between operations team and accounting team
• Involve as top reviewer in day to day management accounting, statutory accounting, forecasting and analysis, budget control process.
• Familiar with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Ms Dynamics, Hyperion

Profile

This role is only applicable for Indonesians only, who come from strong accounting and finance background. Excellent written and verbal communications in English and an international exposure is preferred although not prerequisite.

Other requirements include:

• University Degree and/or above in accounting or finance
• Multinational company's background is a must
• Experience in leading a big team (up to 15 people)
• Big 4 audit background ideally and working experience in accounting and financial analysis, forecast/budget preparation
• Excellent command of English
• Good Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and Indonesian taxation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skill and good leadership skills
