For our Client, an international company located in Gdańsk, we are looking for the person to hold the position Project Coordinator.

Your new role As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for: coordination of assigned process improvements projects and ensuring their timely delivery / implementation, improving efficiency and quality of finance processes (Business Process Owners activities and Improvement of Reporting in FE), supporting Lean Six Sigma projects and other members of the project team, working closely with Business Process Owners, Transformation Program Project Leaders, Finance Manager, ERP Team and Teams to provide process improvement, collaboration with Business Partners and explaining process improvement and changes to other team members, supporting Management to harmonize processes across customer entities, administration of IBM Cognos Budgeting Tool and other FE Corporate Planning activities.

To be the best candidate for this role you will need: more than 5 years of experience in accounting department, excellent understanding of PTP / RTR or OTC processes, ability to: identify and execute process improvements, lead process improvement, understand cross department process flows and ability to understand business partners’ needs; experience in working with the ERP systems, including SAP, knowledge of Complex issue solving tools and Microsoft Office tools. Fluent English / Other European languages will be a strong advantage.
