Full time
  1. To produce timely, accurate and comprehensive month end financial reports for our clients.
    1. Record sales invoices and track receipts;
    2. Record supplier invoices and track payments;
    3. Record any other income and expenses (including payroll and non-cash items);
    4. Perform Bank reconciliations;
    5. Update Fixed Assets Register; etc.
  2. Some engagements may include organising and making payments for the client.
  3. Ensure all documents are accurately and securely filed.
  4. Ensure clients’ financial policies are being adhered to.
  5. To assist client in liaising with its external auditors and tax advisors relating to audit and tax queries.
  6. Act as a point of contact between the firm and the client.
  7. Assist the Firm in other ad hoc tasks, and as part of your long-term career development, you will also be given the opportunity to participate in corporate advisory engagements.
