Description

Part of a management accounts function, your role as Trainee Accountant will cover:

• All aspects of month end accounts - accruals, prepayments, P&L, reconciliations

• All aspects of transactional processing

• Analysis - performance, variances, actuals to forecast

• Involvement in projects

• Support the performance of the finance team

• Exposure to different areas of the business - commercial, IT, sales, marketing

Profile

For this Trainee Accountant role, we are looking for:

• Applicant with a 2:1 or above degree in any relevant disciplines (finance, business, economics, mathematics etc)

• Strong communication skills and able to fit in to an open, honest culture

• Can work well within a team and able to work in a fast paced environment

• A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a strong desire to learn and progress

• Keen to work in a business that will support progression with an interest of progressing within finance as a career
