Due to continued success and company growth, Page Personnel Finance are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a leading estate agency in Leeds, to work within their growing Finance team.

Client Details

A highly respected multi-site estate agency specialising in both residential and commercial property sales and rentals. A leading name in its field with an enviable reputation.

Description

This is a new position within the Finance time, taking responsibility for the collation of financial information of the accounts and understanding the financial implications of business decisions.

Duties include: Monthly management accounts including KPIs & detailed commentary for various areas of the Group; engagement with the Group Finance Officer and Group Financial Controller to review pack; P&L; balance sheet; cash flow; petty cash review; stock takes; process reviews; VAT returns; PAYE returns; year-end files; assist external auditors; annual statutory accounts; annual returns; production of yearly budgets.

Profile

  • Ideally part-qualified (CIMA or ACCA)
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a positive confident attitude
  • Results-driven and ambitious, with excellent organisational and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
  • Strong analytical skills and IT literate to a good standard (including Excel)
