Sales
Provide reliable information relating to accounting & tax compliance and reporting package upon Clients’ request
Manual entry does not automatically upload to the SAP system of prepayment, and in accordance with customer requirements to provide statement
Invoice issue and management, and make sure the accuracy with SAP data.
Spot check the accuracy of sales contract, price in SO and KE30 report
Timely complete AR account clear and prepare proof of AR
Check DAP service fee and issue VAT invoice
AP review
As the second reviewer, review and approve the voucher of AP.
Tax
Prepare and submit local reports and tax reports required, such as income tax, tax returns, tax inspection reports, income tax settlement and contemporaneous information.
Others
Responsible for the part of the month-end closing
Participate in system improvement testing and make suggestions for improvement.
Support local business team, for example, to provide some documents and so on.
Support on internal and external auditing.
Maintain and securely store the accounting vouchers, contracts, invoice and other documents.
