As part of your role as an Accounts and Business Services Director, you will be working as a key member of our Senior Management team, specialising within nurturing, and developing our varied client base. You will be working closely with our Directors and Partners to drive the success of the department, while managing client relationships, winning work, and developing the team. From a technical perspective, you will be working closely with your clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a personal and tailored service for both day-to-day compliance and advisory aspects.

Our Accounts and Business Services team has a range of interesting clients across many sectors including- property, construction, medical, legal, and professional services. As part of your role, you will manage a client portfolio however we are also looking to drive forward our growth plans, therefore you will maximise new client opportunities and cross sell other service lines where possible.

In addition, your role will involve supporting and developing existing staff members to ensure they are reaching their full potential and providing the best service possible to our clients. You will naturally excel in a leadership position and understand the importance of teamwork.

The successful candidate will be ACCA/ICAS/ICAEW qualified and will have demonstratable experience working in a similar position within an accountancy firm. As this position will be working as part of the Senior Management team, you will be supported and encouraged in your own development and progression.
