Financial Controller

The role of the function is to support the business in preparation of budgets, forecasting financials, perform meaningful analysis of financials, and assist operations in defining meaning KPIs for monitoring and improving performance and supporting business growth initiatives
Responsibilities Include :
• Financial valuation & analysis of equities.
• Perform equities valuation from time to time
• Responsible for managing operational data and ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Responsible for managing system hardware and software applications
• Provide technical systems support to company owned locations and franchisees
• Development of operational procedures and documentation of data flow
• Development of system controls to ensure data integrity
• Point out troubleshooting system issues
• Liaison with point-of-sale, accounting software, and other system vendors and consultants
• Liaison with local and foreign banks
• Process Bank payments, wire transfers, letter of credits etc.,
• Serve as project manager for any system implementation or upgrades
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements
• Ensure month end closing and financial reporting process including account analysis and reconciliation
• Assist in special projects as necessary
• Liaison with all the departments and offer necessary support to the organization.
• Controls on POS, Inventory check lists
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Should have dynamic personality and problems solving abilities.
• Should be able to work under pressure.
• Liaison with auditors, implement latest updates on governmental process & procedures.
• Periodical Equity valuations
