As Commercial Finance Analyst, you will provide financial analysis and insight to advise and influence stakeholders and support them to make decisions that drive business performance and profit. You will also provide support to Group, including budgeting & forecasting, business strategy and M&A activity.

A reputable and growing business with a strong International presence in their market. This role will be based at their offices in Sheffield City Centre.
Description
- Business Partner with non-financial stakeholders to provide financial advice and guidance and support key business decision
- Report on KPIs to drive profitable revenue growth
- Work with the wider finance team to improve accuracy and understanding of monthly results
- Identify and implement business initiatives to improve processes and drive efficiencies
- Drive improvements on the accuracy and efficiency of commercial reporting and analysis
- Present monthly results to the business and support insightful discussion on financial performance
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, challenging where necessary and highlighting areas of interest (risk and opportunities)
- Provide support to Group including projects
Profile
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with 1+ years PQE
(This role would suit a Chartered Accountant with experience within deals/advisory/CF OR a qualified accountant with Industry experience within a similar, highly commercial and analytical role)
- Previous experience of business partnering with non-financial stakeholders at various levels across the business and be able to support, challenge and influence when necessary to drive results
- Analytical mindset and experience of analysing large data set
- High commercial acumen and the ability to provide value add analysis
- Experience of M&A processes (desirable)
- Pro-active and inquisitive
- Hard working and driven
Job Offer
Salary £45-50,000 (depending on experience)
