My client is an international creative agency based in the City of London.
Description
As the Junior Payroll Assistant you will be responsible for the following:
- Updating and maintaining our payroll system (Sage) and documents with all relevant employee and pay-related changes
- Managing payroll administration of our benefits each month. Providing employees with cost quotes, adding new joiners to the benefit & removing leavers (e.g. for private medical, cycle to work loans or dental insurance)
- Responsible for drafting and distribution of all payroll letters (e.g. pay rises, bonuses or promotions)
- Managing day-to-day of the People & Culture HRIS (Sage), ensuring all data is accurate and precise and updating where necessary
- Maintaining People & Culture dashboards and reports. Producing, analysing and submitting reports on headcount, joiners, leavers, payroll, and basic people analytics
- Make sure all holiday and sickness are logged accurately with sufficient detail and flag any issues
- Manage all new joiner and leavers paperwork, including the drafting of offer letters, employment contracts and leavers agreements
- Issuing leavers agreements and sending P45s for all leavers
Profile
To be considered for this Junior Payroll Assistant role you must have the following:
- Payroll/HR/People background
- Strong excel skills
