The company is founded by a well-known scientist. It's a biotech company and listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company has one attractive oncology drug and is commercialised in China market.

Description

As IR Director, your main responsibilities:
1. Maintain company's investor relations and branding in HKSE market. including but not limit to: Answering LP inquiries, Editing and reviewing RFPs, Assisting in annual LP event planning etc.
2. Update senior management and Board of Directors of the company regularly regarding investor relations developments and trends.
3. Provide strategic input as to communication strategy of the company's strategic direction, financial and operating performance.
4. Ensure timely and accurate communication of the company's financial and operating performance, including the drafting and coordination of filings, earnings releases and investor presentations.

Profile

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1. PhD, Masters/Bachelors in biology or medical or Economics degree, and CFA qualification is highly preferred
2. Above 5 years of banking/ ECM experience covering healthcare sector stocks is highly preferred
3. Natural curiosity, critical thinking, logical thinking
4. Demonstrated ability to think laterally and exercise good judgement
