Senior Financial Analyst (Manufacturing, Industrial Solutions)

The Company

US listed MNC specializing in industrial products & solutions is hiring a Finance Business Partner to oversee a Global portfolio (full P&L analysis & business partnering).

The Role

Successful profile and expectations:

• CPA, Degree qualified
• 6-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years focusing on full P&L analysis for a Regional portfolio
• MUST: Exposure to Industrial sector (ideally business with inventory)
• Strong in Excel, advantageous to have exposure to Power BI/ Tableau
• Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants, effective communicator in English & Mandarin language

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will support in management reporting on business performance, full P&L analysis, controlling as well as budgeting and forecasting activities. You will provide explanation of variances and key performance drivers, oversee business controlling and monthly performance tracking, support in monthly and quarterly business review presentations and assist in preparation of annual operating plan. You will provide analytical guidance on business unit activities and assist in providing dashboards, operational business insights and commentary on variances and key performance drivers.

Key challenges in this role:

1) Not everything is in place and this position will need to help set up and improve templates and dashboard for analysis and reporting
2) Build strong partnership with commercial and business unit heads, engaging and influencing stakeholders across Global regions

• Exposure to Industry sector (business with inventory) required
• Strong FP&A exposure, managing Regional/ Global portfolio
• Desired traits: Independent, hands-on, assertive, agile, strong communication and stakeholder management skills
