Business Recovery Manager (JIEB Qualified)CardiffWe arecurrently looking for an experienced JIEB Qualifiedprofessionalfor our newly created position of aManager or a Senior Manager in the Business Recovery team.This role can be based out of the Cardiff or Londonoffice and forms part of the widerTransaction Serviceswe offer our clients.This role would suit someone technically able, the person will be managing projects for insolvency practitioners and providing technical and practical support for the team.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Managing the team of 3 including assisting with appraisalsEnsuring the team meet internal and statutory deadlines and manage their cases effectivelyCommunicating with key stakeholders, including: directors, shareholders and employeesAssisting the team with case strategy and holding regular portfolio review meetingsProviding training to the team where appropriateReviewing of the output of the teamSome involvement in business development activityProviding support and assistance to team members and partners when requiredMonitoring the progress of investigations within their portfolioThe Person:JIEB Qualified is a must have requirementACCA/ ACA/ AAT or equivalent qualified accountant (optional)Previous people management experience is a mustPrevious experience in business recovery industry is a must haveCorporate experience is essential, personal insolvency is good to haveBe familiar with all common Microsoft programs and eventually become fluent with bespoke software systemsBeing proficient with IPS is an advantageExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbout Us: Our focus at Menzies is providing a#BrighterThinkingapproach, going the extra mile to keep clients on-track to achieve their personal and business objectives.
