Junior Revenue Controller/Biller (immediate start)

This role, Junior Revenue Controller (3 month role - immediate start), is a great opportunity for a junior candidate with some billing at WIP experience who is looking to progress from there.

Description

The key responsibilities in this role, Junior Revenue Controller (3 month role - immediate start), will include, but not be limited to:

• Liaising with the Senior Revenue Controller and Revenue Controller on WIP adjustments, billing and credit notes gathered from fee earners
• Processing of WIP adjustments, credit notes and invoices
• Liaising with the Credit Control team regarding invoices ready for their review to send out to clients
• Respond to enquiries from Credit Control and fee earners on invoices raised
• Assist in delivering a smooth and timely operation of the billing process from fee earners through to Credit Control
• assist with developing a robust revenue control system by ensuring checks are adhered to and that invoices are generated in line with company policy
• Provide month/year end support to the whole Finance Department
• Update accounting spreadsheets as instructed
• Any other ad hoc tasks required by the Senior Revenue Controller or Revenue Controller
• Immediate start
• Based in the City of London
• Paid on a day rate
• Accountancy based and Financial Services backed

Profile

The successful candidate for this role, Junior Revenue Controller (3 month role - immediate start), will:

- Have some previous experience in billing and WIP

- Have excellent Excel skills

- ideally have worked in a multisite business
