You will work in the Credit Control Team Leader position, managing a small team of Credit Administrators.

As a Credit Control Team Leader you will report into the Credit Manager, responsible for managing the team and ensuring the efficient collection of outstanding debt.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: manage daily activities of team; work allocation and monitoring performance; motivate the team; training and development; continuous review and identify opportunity for process improvement; make decisions on credit applications; manage cash allocation queries.
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a high volume credit or customer services role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have knowledge of supervising - Highly Beneficial
