Job Description

  • Candidate will perform oversight of transactions to present or assist in the resolution of failed trades, overdrafts and other problems that may arise.
  • Candidate will track and conduct research to resolve issues and respond to inquiries from internal departments and will maintain accurate records of follow-up actions.
  • Continually evaluate current processes to strive for increased efficiency.
  • During the course of normal day to day operation, be responsible for identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity and must report and/or escalate in accordance with corporate policy and guidelines detailed in relevant operating procedures.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degrees or equivalent.
  • Experience with MCH or my statestreet highly preferred
  • Demonstrated record of being team oriented
  • Must have two years of financial services experience, preferably with accounting and custody exposure, and knowledge of financial market activities and transactions.
  • Strong customer service, communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize activities and work well under pressure.
  • Comfortable leading and motivating others.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of domestic and international markets.
  • Experience with Fixed Income, Equity and Derivative Securities preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
