Job Description & Summary
Responsibilities
Reporting to Partners, responsibilities will include:
Providing leadership for Bermuda team and other off shore jurisdictions as required;Coaching, mentoring and developing junior team members and providing timely feedback;Leading junior team members in the planning and executing significant activities and related projects ;Ensuring compliance with PwC risk management controls and other regulatory bodies to satisfy independence and other critical business requirements;Leading all business development initiatives through strategic planning , business presentations and communicating with clients and senior management;Developing and maintaining strategic client and PwC Global network relationships; andDeveloping, monitoring and analyzing; revenue projects and review against performance.Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and excellent time management and organizational skills.
Required Skills/ Experiences:
CA, CPA, ACCA or ACA designation or equivalent internationally recognized professional accounting designation;Experience in the financial services industry is required;Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (both spoken and written) are essential, as is the ability to work within a team;A minimum 10 years relevant audit experience in a public accounting firm;Excellent time management and organizational skills;Ability to coach more junior team members through an assignment;Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and excellent time management and organizational skills.
