- d. Preparation of invoices for payment

- Travelling Expenses Follow up with concern persons for Vendors for exceptions and queries
- Travelling Expenses Claims Audit / Review / Payments from receipt of TE
- Vendor Master data checking for creation of vendor / Extending the vendors
- Correct deduction of TDS
- Correct application of GST tax codes.
- GR/ IR reconciliation - All India - Weekly
- Ageing Report Review of Employee Vendors - 3rd of every Month
- TDS monthly working /TDS payment/ TDS challan Upload/ TDS Return Qtrly
- Monthly Invoice Verification of Pan India Expenses
- RPT Transaction details with supporting and Balance Confirmation for Group Companies - Quartlerly
- Monthly freight & employee reimbursement expenses provision.
- Invoice Verification of Import material & advance Import payment/ BOE submission on monthly basis.
- Travel & Vendor Expenses Analysis - Monthly
- Monthly Provision of Travelling Expenses Claims - Before 2nd of Every Month
- Audit Work : Creditors Ageing, DP account checking, Open PO report / Accrued Expenses statement on Monthly basis. Prepaid BIS statement / MSME Interest Working & disclosure Note / Foreign Currency Exposer for Audit Note / Rent Office & Godown Monthly Provision & quarterly statement for audit
- Full knowledge & knowledge of SAP
- People handling expertise i.e. dealing with various stakeholders.
- Team Handling experience is must
