Responsible for monthly closing process and coordinate with related function to close issues when accounting team meet some issues, make sure to submit financial report timely and accurately.

Description

Balance Sheet review: coordinate finance team to complete balance sheet review as Kirchhoff policy, and review accounting area to make sure to the booking correctly and follow up the long term items.
 Reporting: Prepare corporate reporting requirements & forecasts, monthly, quarterly and annually and submit to CD review timely and accurately.
 Budget & Forecasts: Responsible for preparing annual budget and related forecast reports.
 Audit: Support to complete related audit process.
 Internal controls: Make sure accounting to follow company policy and internal control requirement and identify some risks to CD
 Responsible for the establishment and improvement of financial process.
 Responsible for the communication and negotiation with Banks and Tax Bureau.
 Assure from company level short and long term financial plans, incl. cash management to be in line with group directives.
 Secure Financial procedures and processes are compliant with laws, regulations and company standards as well as external statutory financial accounting rules.
 Accounting team improvement: Take response to coach accounting team and improve accounting process.
 Responsible for other duties assigned by Managing Director.

Profile

Work Experience (provide details and minimum # of years required)
 With minimum 15 years of accounting experience.
 At least 10 years experiences in multi-national manufacturing company, 5 year experiences on similar role.

Skills (language, technical, computer etc.)
 Good PC skills such as Excel, SAP, English CET-4 are required
 Good knowledge of Chinese accounting principle
 Ability to plan and organize own work load in a most efficient manner
 Have proficient verbal and written communication skills. Communicate with other associates. Business English is also required
 Must be a team player and be willing to assist and support the team's work.
