Regional FP&A Manager (Industrial Equipment)

The Company

Our client is a global leader in the manufacture, installation and project management of industrial equipment. As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a Regional FP&A Manager for their high growth markets in Asia & Middle East.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial planning & analysis to drive business performance while work closely with the regional Sales and Commercial teams as well as key manufacturing site in China. This includes controlling, analyzing and reporting on business performance on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reviews. You will assist in preparation of Annual Operating Plan, Financial Forecasting, Flash and adhoc reporting. You will also provide financial recommendation, highlight on unexpected variances and identify areas for risk mitigation as well as business growth opportunities. Last but not least, you will also take the lead in driving and initiating changes in commercial procedures and processes as well as active participation in product pricing and analysis.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA, with at least 5 years of relevant FP&A exposure, ideally within the heavy industrial equipment or B2B sector. Prior regional exposure with the ability to travel regionally will be essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills is must. Proficiency with tolls such as Tableau or Power BI will be ideal.
