Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversees all financial operations including reporting, reconciliation, accruals, payroll and expenses
Handling full set of accounts and manage all aspects of daily accounting functions including reconciliation and ensuring proper maintenance of accounting records
Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
Providing and interpreting financial information.
Presents the monthly financial review to the Management.
Build strong relationships and communication with all cross-functional teams (operations, sales, marketing, IT, etc.)
Creating additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
Conducting reviews, evaluations and monitoring of project costing.
Champions process improvements to address pain points and support the company's growth.
Develop effective financial and operational processes with cross-functional leaders to comply with external and internal regulations and audits.
Stringent monitoring of the business process to ensure compliance with regulations
Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, company secretary, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations and authorities.
Ad hoc assignment from time to time as assigned by the management.
Will have access to sensitive and confidential information and is expected to act with utmost discretion and integrity.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking and equivalent. g. ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MICPA, MIA.
Well verse with Accounting Standards and Malaysian Taxation Rules and requirements (including SST)
At least 5 years working experience and involve in managerial and review role
Candidate is require to manage a finance team of 5-10 accounts executive
Strong knowledge of financial and regulatory requirements and development with hands-on management.
Sound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analysis
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Results oriented and metrics driven
Exceptional time management and able to solve problems
Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels
Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability
Professional written and oral communication skills
Possess good business acumen
