Salary: € DOE




Duties:
  • Daily and Monthly Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.


  • Invoice Processing, Preparing Vendor Payments and Creditors Reconciliation.


  • Assist with the Checking and Analysis of Employee Expenses.


  • Petty Cash and Credit Cards Administration and Reconciliation.


  • Inter Company Balance Review and Reconciliation


  • Credit Collection, Aged Debtors Analysis & Reconciliation.


  • Maintain the Fixed Assets register


  • Timely VAT, VIES and Intrastat Returns preparation and submission to Revenue


  • Support Senior Management with Maintenance and Analysis of Revenue Contracts Reporting


  • Assisting in the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts to include Prepayments, Accruals, Journal Entries and Nominal Ledger Reconciliation


Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Strong accounting systems experience
  • Accounting Technician / Part Qualified Accountant an advantage
