Job Description Summary
The Role is for a multi skilled Technology Professional, ideally with a Commercial Real Estate background and knowledge of Technology Requirements, Solution Design and Implementation with experience of business development

The candidate will help drive the technology strategy and solutions to support business transformation and execute the Company's growth initiatives in the chosen market and support alignment and delivery of technology globally.

The role will be a key part of the Technology and Data Solutions team (TDS) and the candidate will need the ability to undertake tactical activities to support delivery of a varied range of Technology solutions for the business
Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
  • Identifying as is/ to be/gap analysis/business requirements/business process for tactical and strategic projects
  • Manage and support data analysis and data migration activities
  • Support enterprise digital strategy and organization change
  • Review and evaluate existing operations and new technologies to determine, recommend, and implement improvements to the customer journey including UX/UI
  • Proactively monitor industry, functional and technology trends
  • Position solutions and articulate their value based upon business user's strategy, objectives, issues and direction
  • Articulate TDS value proposition to ensure the business impact of the solution is understood
  • Develop a deep understanding of TDS products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits
  • Coach employees to make use of technology and information
  • Participate in and identify innovations and new technologies that could add value to business strategies
  • Execute both short-term plans and long-term plans tied to vision and "big picture" goals
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with key decision-makers and business or technology stakeholders
  • Prepare presentation material for key stakeholders
  • Co-ordination of users, meetings, workshops etc to enable requirements gathering to ensure maximum ROI and user adoption.
  • Follow a defined Project Intake process, and develop business cases including solution, scope, cost and ROI/benefits
  • Define set-up and execute test cases
  • Support Project Delivery teams to a successful conclusion of approved projects
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as required and manage smaller initiatives

  • Degree in business, accounting, property management or technology
  • Extensive experience in related technology, business development and/ or property management experience.
  • Blend of experience across business operations and technology, including support of enterprise change management
  • ISEB/BCS in Business Analysis or equivalent (desirable)
